Jordan Release Calendar

Originally released in 1998, the Air Jordan 14 was the first signature sneaker for Michael Jordan that was released after his second retirement from the NBA. The silhouette, designed by Tinker Hatfield, draws heavy inspiration from the Ferrari 550M, which is one of MJ’s favorite cars.
Inspired by MJ's Ferrari F355F1, the Air Jordan 14 looks like it'll make the wearer just as fast on the court. The shoe features many design cues from the sportscar including carbon fiber detailing, tire tread on the back of the heels, and a similar shield logo on the ankle.
Air Jordan 14s release in most stores that carry the Jordan line. Nike's SNKRS app and website are always the primary source for purchasing these sneakers. Large and small retailers also stock the sneakers — Foot Locker, JD Sports, and even smaller boutiques like Kith all tend to get pairs when releases happen.
The Air Jordan 14 originally released from 1998 to 1999 in 8 colorways, 3 of which were low top iterations. While the black and red “Last Shot” motif may be the most famous, the other original pairs are Black Toes, Candy Canes, Oxidized Greens, and Indiglos, as well as low top pairs dedicated to MJ's alma maters, Laney High School, and University of North Carolina. Rounding out the set is an obscure Light Ginger low top that over time became a cult classic. There've been many variations of the AJ14 since then, and after MJ's retirement, pairs would release in lifestyle colors and materials as opposed to the traditional athletic look.
True-to-size fit for the Air Jordan 14. The lace system makes the sneakers easy to lock down or remove with ease. We do not recommend sizing up or down on these.
The Air Jordan 14 restocks on various occasions. Smaller stores like A Ma Maniere and Social Status rarely restock the shoes, however larger stores like Dick's Sporting Goods tend to restock more frequently. Of course Nike's website and SNKRS app are great sources as well. The Sole Retriever app is a helpful tool for discovering any restock info on all your favorite Air Jordan 14s.
There's been a handful of collaborations on the Air Jordan 14. Supreme created two pairs with metal studded uppers that resemble biker jackets. Aleali May's 14 are adorned with jade and gold accents, honoring her family's cultural heritage, and Clot revisited its clay-colored theme from the previous AJ13 collaboration inspired by the terracotta army of China.
