Music is built into the soul of New Orleans, so it's only right that it's built into the soles, too. As New Balance continues to roll out the new superstar 1890 with plenty of collab collections and inline heat, the latest colorway takes a trip to the bayou for a music-themed pair that will drop exclusively at Sneaker Politics.
The New Balance 1890 Streamsong was crafted to turn sound into sneaker, mixing vibrant shades of neon yellow, deep blue, and striking orange. Starting with a blue mesh base, the teardrop-style overlays pop in neon yellow before reverting back to a darker shade of blue on the suede heel overlays. Orange adds hits of sunshine on the sockliner and the outsole, with more light blue on the midsole above.
Bringing the music theme to life, the pair is getting an exclusive release through Sneaker Politics in Louisiana and Texas. Beyond the New Orleans music history, the pair is dropping at an event at SHYBOY HiFi in Dallas.
The New Balance 1890 Streamsong will be released June 25, 2026, through Sneaker Politics in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $180. For all the latest New Balance news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
