Kevin Durant is having an eventful off-season. No, we haven’t seen the Slim Reaper on the court, but with his skill, we’re not really worried about that part. Instead, Durant’s summer work has all been on the sneaker side, running out a retro line of KD 6s at the same time as he teamed up with Drake to debut his newest signature silhouette, the KD 19.
The Nike KD 19 Butter Candy is the sixth shiny monochrome colorway from the debut Candy Pack, joining pairs in red, teal, orange, purple, and pink. While the official name evokes butter rum candies, the bright yellow pair is giving us Lemonheads vibes instead.

Just like the rest of the KD 19 Candy Pack, the Butter Candy pair is coated toe to heel in a monochrome patent makeup like pieces of candy mingling together in a jar. In addition to a zig-zag support panel on the sides and mini Swooshes at the toe, the KD 19 features Zoom Strobel support and a Cushlon 3.0 midsole.
The Nike KD 19 Butter Candy will be released Fall 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $155. For all the latest Nike KD 19 news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
